Daniel's story is one of determination and adaptability, beginning with his roots as the son of Eastern European immigrants who came to the U.S. in 1989. Raised in New York City, Daniel's journey took a pivotal turn when he traded his plans for law school for a career in real estate, a field he fell in love with after completing his degree in Recording Engineering.

In the fall of 2005, Daniel dove into the real estate world, starting as a solo agent. He spent his early years mastering the trade, helping families find homes across New York, from the suburbs to the heart of Manhattan. His drive and passion for real estate, and people, led him to start his own team at DSA Realty in 2012, where he guided 10 agents in the high-end rental and sales market

Daniel's knack for leadership and development was highlighted again when he moved to Platinum Properties in 2014 and became the Director of New Agent Development. He not only doubled their agent count but also significantly boosted the company's revenue.

In 2016, he joined Mirador Realty, where he managed key accounts and trained new agents. His journey took another exciting turn in 2019 when he became the Senior Managing Director/Broker at Citi Habitats' Cobble Hill Office, where he revitalized the office amidst challenging circumstances.

However, the arrival of COVID in 2020 had Daniel and his wife on the move to Florida. This change led him to a leadership role at a KW Franchise in Jacksonville, overseeing a team of 100 agents. Despite the role's initial appeal, cultural differences prompted his move to eXp Realty in 2021. Here, he founded The Global Excel Group, expanding it to 120 agents and marking another milestone in his career.
